This sealer provides an invisible, transparent finish that maintains the natural appearance of your stone and tile. For a subtle color enhancement (not effective on white/yellow surfaces), we offer a low sheen/wet look impregnating sealer.
Topical Sealers: Ideal for surfaces like vinyl, linoleum, old slate, and terracotta flooring, topical sealers create a protective film on the surface. Our technicians can apply a high gloss, satin sheen, or matte finish to suit your preferences. Topical sealers are useful for concealing certain types of damage or when old sealer remnants cannot be fully removed. Please note that topical sealers may not be suitable for wet areas due to potential moisture entrapment and increased slipperiness.
For natural stone and porous tiles, we recommend our penetrating sealer to preserve appearance, slip resistance, and prevent moisture damage.
